Refund policy

Last updated: September 20, 2026

Belvani, operated by North Lantern Retail LIMITED, accepts eligible change-of-mind return requests within 30 calendar days of delivery. This policy does not reduce any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you, including rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.

How to request a return

Email support@ibelvani.com with your order number, the item concerned and the reason for the request. For a damaged, defective, wrong or missing item, please include a description and, if available, clear photos so we can investigate. Wait for the correct return instructions and return location before sending anything. Do not send a return to the registered office unless we instruct you to do so.

Eligibility and return shipping

For change-of-mind returns under our 30-day policy, please return the item complete and in a condition consistent with reasonable inspection. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility, unless applicable law provides otherwise. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs as required by law or our agreed return instructions. Do not send a parcel with charges due without contacting us first.

Refund processing time

Once we receive the returned item or proof of return where required by law, we will review the request and process any refund due to the original payment method within 14 calendar days, or sooner if applicable law requires. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. For a valid statutory cancellation, any required refund of standard outbound delivery charges will be included. We will explain any lawful reduction related to an item's condition before applying it.

Cancellations and problems with delivery

To request cancellation before dispatch, contact us immediately. If the parcel has already been dispatched, follow the return process above. If an item is missing, damaged in transit or different from what you ordered, contact us so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law.
