These Terms apply to purchases from Belvani at ibelvani.com, operated by North Lantern Retail LIMITED. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Products and orders

Please review product information, specifications, options and any compatibility requirements before ordering. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and delivery information. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; we may contact you if an item is unavailable or there is an obvious pricing or description error. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will refund the affected payment.

Prices and payment

Store prices and checkout totals are in USD. Any applicable taxes, shipping charges and available payment methods are shown during checkout before you place the order. Payment must be authorised through the checkout. Promotions, where offered, apply only under the conditions displayed with the offer and do not change statutory rights.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Orders are fulfilled from China for destinations available at checkout. We dispatch confirmed orders within 24 hours; estimated transit after dispatch is 5–10 business days. Delivery estimates can be affected by customs, carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.

If you need to cancel, email us promptly at support@ibelvani.com. Once an order has been dispatched, return rules apply. See our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Use of the site and content

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or submit false information. Text, images and other site content belong to their respective owners and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience and their own terms may apply.

Customer rights and concerns

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. If you have a complaint, contact support@ibelvani.com so we can review it. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Changes to these Terms apply prospectively from the updated date shown above.
